The Revitalization Of Youngsville Association (ROY), founded in 2005, is an active, non-profit, community-based, volunteer group made up of local business owners, residents, and elected officials working in partnership with the Borough of Youngsville (BOY) and the Warren Forest Counties Economic Opportunity Council (EOC). It is totally run by volunteers under the Pennsylvania Regional Main Street Program which is under the Economic Opportunity Council of Warren and Forest Counties (EOC).
Its objectives are to bring together different elements so that quality of life may be improved by promoting economic development, and strengthening the fabric and viability of our town. ROY has several initiatives underway that are intended to contribute to a family-friendly community environment. Of the many programs intended to improve the economy is strengthening existing Main Street businesses by holding workshops on better business practices, funding new facades and improving the condition of the business district with a refurbished Streetscape, which includes a bike-hike creek trail. The community and the entire county has come together to help bring about a new flurry of activity and momentum in downtown Youngsville.
